Lappstaden

Lappstaden is Sweden’s largest preserved Sami church town. In Lappstaden, there are over 80 huts and storages from the end of the 1700s which are still owned by Sami families. The last weekend in August each year, Lappstaden is truly used during the Storstämningshelgen, a Sami church festival.
