Dog sled

A dog sled is a sled pulled by dogs, usually 2 to 18 dogs, and is a way to travel on snow. The sled typically accommodates two to four people, and dog sled tours vary in length, from shorter half-day trips to longer expeditions. It is a beautiful and quiet way to travel through the snow and out into nature. The dogs always bark before starting because they are eager to go on a tour.

The most common dog breeds used in a dog sled are Alaskan husky and Siberian husky, which are bred for hard work, but Greenland dogs also occur.
